Providing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for this repeat client, Lincoln Builders was called to construct a new 92,000-square-foot four-story medical office building. This state-of-the-art facility is designed for outpatient services including medical clinics for speech, physical and occupational therapy, cardiac rehabilitation and radiology. Also included are pharmacy, diabetes and nutrition center, and physicians' offices, bringing many services to one location. Featured is a two-story atrium lobby with custom designed stained glass.
