The 117,545 square foot complex adds 348 beds to Louisiana Tech University's new housing community. This phase served as a catalyst for a denser urban development joining the campus to downtown Ruston. It also includes five commons-areas with apartments in each commons facing a shared courtyard which is utilized by staff members to host various programming opportunities for residents.
