A Louisiana based hotel developer has selected Lincoln Builders to design and build a new Holiday Inn Express property in Morgan City, La. The new 83 room, 3-story property will help meet the growing need for additional hotel rooms in the south Louisiana market as business and commercial activity continue to improve. Morgan City serves as a major staging area for the offshore oil and gas services industry. “This is a repeat client for us here at Lincoln Builders and we are honored to have been selected”, says Clint Graham, president of Lincoln. “Our significant experience in hotel and hospitality related projects is a real strength and allows us to be very competitive, providing real value to our clients’ projects.” This project will create 40-60 construction jobs and 15-20 permanent jobs after completion.
