Teamwork is one of our company core beliefs. Every successful project begins with collaboration and teamwork to ensure the vision and design intent is carried through the building process.
Lincoln’s own, Jeremy Sandlin, Lead Preconstruction for LBI South Louisiana, presented to the Baton Rouge AIA last Friday on alternative project delivery methods including: Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Design-Build, and Design-Assist. Our team went into detail on how CMAR can provide immense value to a new project for both architects and owners. As a Construction Manager, Lincoln leverages its financial strength and exceptional management practices to provide services on an "at-risk" basis (CMAR) where we are responsible for guaranteeing performance on both large and small projects. This provides the owner minimal risk as well as maintaining their budgetary goals for a new project.
Great work Jeremy and the Lincoln Builders Team! (pictured L-R are Jeremy Sandlin, Lauren Cowan, Brennan McLean, and Keith Keller)
