Lincoln Builders of Baton Rouge recently topped out the new four-story Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites at S. MacArthur Drive & North Boulevard in Alexandria, Louisiana. The 54,174-square-foot, 96-room hotel includes 20 suites that offer separate spaces for work and rest, a fitness center, an outdoor pool, state-of-the-art business center and flexible work spaces in the lobby. Lincoln is appreciative of the relationship with this repeat client and the trust he has placed in us to construct this excellent facility. Completion is scheduled for May 2016.
