Greg served as President of Lincoln Builders’ Texas office for 27 years before joining the corporate office as Executive Vice President of Operations. He served as EVP for 2 years before becoming the CEO in January of 2024. As CEO, he is responsible for establishing and executing overall corporate objectives, ensuring profitable growth, and fulfilling Lincoln Builders' commitment to the communities it serves in Ruston and Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Dallas, Texas. He oversees implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and organizational structure and provides key management direction to top executives of the subsidiary companies.

Jerry’s experience with Lincoln Builders began in 1998 and includes responsibilities as Project Manager on projects of various size and scope for many clients. As Division Manager, Jerry is responsible for the oversight of the Ruston Division including safety, preconstruction, marketing & business development, all operations field management, project management, quality control, and continuous improvement. Jerry also provides overall management, monitors all key performance indicators, and provides analysis to ensure all strategy for the company objectives are being met.

Jay joined the Lincoln Builders team in 2015 bringing 23 years’ experience and knowledge of building material supply. His knowledge of the material market provides a basis of cost projection and control to his team.
